… towards a healthier and happier life
Based in both Holborn, Central London and Finchley, North London, my name is Rachel and I’m an experienced Integrative Therapist which means that I combine a blend of different approaches and techniques. My goal is to tailor these methods to suit your unique needs, all within a secure and ethical framework. I’m here to help you overcome life’s challenges and achieve positive, significant and lasting changes in your life.
I work with adults and our sessions can take place either in person (at easy-to-reach locations in either Holborn, Central London or Finchley, North London) or online via zoom.
As an Integrative Therapist, I combine a number of approaches tailoring our sessions to your unique needs. With an emphasis on Psychodynamic Therapy, I also draw upon other modalities including Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings and beliefs to achieve insight, awareness, growth and a deeper understanding of your personal journey. I see our work as a collaborative and creative process with the quality of our relationship at its heart.
I’m here to support you if you are struggling with:
I am an Integrative Therapist which entails combining a blend of approaches and techniques for your individual journey and healing process. My integrative approach is largely informed by psychodynamic theory but I also integrate other theories such as person-centred, transactional analysis and cognitive behavioural theory.
This flexible and non-prescriptive framework allows us to explore and understand your underlying pattern of being in the world, how your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and patterns of behaviour shaped by past experiences impact you in the way you relate to yourself and others in the present.
My approach is very much a collaborative experience providing you with an environment that is supportive, secure and contained for you to feel safe enough to explore and make sense of your experiences and internal world and put you on the path towards positive change.
