My name is Rachel. As an Integrative Therapist, I combine a blend of different approaches customising strategies to your individual journey and healing process.
Seeking help is not a sign of weakness. In fact, it’s a courageous and important step on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. I understand that reaching out for therapy can be challenging, but taking that initial step is crucial to explore and connect with the experiences from your past that may be holding you back from a brighter future. My aim is to offer a warm and compassionate space to help with your path to healing.
Our journey together starts with you reaching out and getting in touch. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
I offer both open ended and short term therapy.
Each session is 50 minutes.
Rates: £70 to £80 depending on location
As an experienced Integrative Therapist, I use a number of different techniques including Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to create a unique therapeutic framework for you.
With years of experience working privately and with both Mind and Cruse Bereavement Care, my focus is on addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, navigating life pressures, work conflicts, relationship issues, and bereavement.
