Are you feeling stuck? Overwhelmed at work or in a relationship? Suffered the loss of a loved one or someone close? Are you looking for a change but don’t know where to begin? Are the strategies you’ve relied on in the past not working?
We’re all faced with challenges that leave us stuck and alone in those feelings, unable to move forward. Every step in my journey is a commitment to fostering healing and resilience to help resolve these issues, to step into your shoes and walk with you as we work through them.
Looking for help isn’t a failure and while it may feel difficult to commit to therapy taking that first step is essential to finding ways to examine and relate to the issues in your past that are stopping you from moving forward.
With years of experience working privately and with both Mind and Cruse Bereavement Care, my focus is on addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, and navigating life pressures, work conflicts, relationship issues, and bereavement.
On a day-to-day basis I work with a diverse set of clients, each with their own unique stories and reasons for seeking therapy. Many feel stuck, without direction and a safe space to discuss their vulnerabilities. They are individuals who are looking for change but fighting with the uncertainty of where and how to begin.
Everyone has concerns and worries, whether that’s the loss of a loved one, stress at work or anxiety.
At the heart of integrative therapy is the flexibility and openness to embrace each client’s evolving goals and objectives, explore the complexities of your challenges and reach where you want to go.
I believe that therapy is essentially a transformative journey of discovery aimed at bringing positive change and clarity into your life. It’s not just about talking and listening, it’s about exploring and understanding the complexities of your experiences.
Whatever your goal is it’s a path we’ll take together. Each session is a safe place for you to take the steps required on your journey in a calm and confidential environment. My ultimate goal is to support you from wherever you are to the place you want to be.
We can all make the changes we want in our lives.
As an experienced Integrative Therapist, my therapeutic approach is tailored towards your individual growth and healing. I place a central emphasis on Psychodynamic Therapy, a powerful therapeutic modality that unveils the hidden realms of your unconscious thoughts and feelings.
Alongside this, I incorporate Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which allows us to explore how your past and present thoughts, feelings and beliefs and patterns of behaviour impact you in the way you relate to others and to yourself and play a crucial role in your emotional well-being.
This integrative approach helps to form a comprehensive yet non-prescriptive strategy to support your personal growth and healing journey.
I’m a passionate Integrative Therapist affiliated with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have a comprehensive suite of qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and specialised Bereavement Support.
Committed to supporting those in distress, I’ve dedicated two transformative years as a bereavement volunteer at Cruse Bereavement Care, immersing myself in the compassionate offering of grief support.
Along with my private practice, I’m actively empowering individuals at Mind in Barnet, providing robust support and strategies to those experiencing depression and anxiety.
I’m here to connect with you. If you have any questions, would like to schedule an appointment, or simply want to reach out for support, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
