Bespoke Therapy & Counselling for your Mental Health

Perhaps you’re feeling anxious, depressed, the weight of life’s pressures or you’re dealing with work conflicts, facing relationship issues, or mourning a loss. No matter the hurdle, I’m here to work together with you through your difficulties and support your journey to a happier and more fulfilling life.

Based in both Holborn, Central London and Finchley, North London, my name is Rachel and I’m an experienced Integrative Therapist which means that I combine a blend of different approaches and techniques. My goal is to tailor these methods to suit your unique needs, all within a secure and ethical framework. I’m here to help you overcome life’s challenges and achieve positive, significant and lasting changes in your life.

I work with adults and our sessions can take place either in person (at easy-to-reach locations in either Holborn, Central London or Finchley, North London) or online via zoom.

    My Integrative Approach

I am an Integrative Therapist which entails combining a blend of approaches and techniques for your individual journey and healing process.  My integrative approach is largely informed by psychodynamic theory but I also integrate other theories such as person-centred, transactional analysis and cognitive behavioural theory.

This flexible and non-prescriptive framework allows us to explore and understand your underlying pattern of being in the world, how your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and patterns of behaviour shaped by past experiences impact you in the way you relate to yourself and others in the present.

My approach is very much a collaborative experience providing you with an environment that is supportive, secure and contained for you to feel safe enough to explore and make sense of your experiences and internal world and put you on the path towards positive change.

    My Training, Qualifications And Experience

I’m a passionate Integrative Therapist affiliated with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have a comprehensive suite of qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and specialised Bereavement Support.

Committed to supporting those in distress, I’ve dedicated two transformative years as a bereavement volunteer at Cruse Bereavement Care, immersing myself in the compassionate offering of grief support.

Along with my private practice, I’m actively empowering individuals at Mind in Barnet, providing robust support and strategies to those experiencing depression and anxiety.
