    My Integrative Approach

Based in Hendon, I am an Integrative Therapist, combining a blend of approaches and techniques tailored to your unique journey and healing process. While my approach is primarily informed by psychodynamic theory, I also incorporate person-centred, transactional analysis, and cognitive behavioural theories.

This flexible, non-prescriptive framework allows us to explore and understand your underlying patterns of being in the world—how your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviours, shaped by past experiences, influence your relationships with yourself and others in the present.

My approach is a collaborative experience, providing a supportive, secure, and contained environment where you can feel safe enough to explore and make sense of your experiences and internal world, setting you on the path to positive change.
