    As an Integrative Therapist, I combine a number of approaches tailoring our sessions to your unique needs. With an emphasis on Psychodynamic Therapy, I also draw upon other modalities including Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

    This flexible approach allows us to explore how past experiences may influence present patterns, while also focusing on practical strategies for change in your current life. Therapy is a collaborative process, shaped by your goals, experiences, and pace, with the therapeutic relationship at its core.

    My Training, Qualifications And Experience

    I am a qualified Integrative Therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and have specialist training in bereavement support.

    Alongside my private practice, I have worked as a bereavement volunteer with Cruse Bereavement Care and continue to support individuals through my work with Mind in Barnet, helping those affected by anxiety and depression. This breadth of experience informs my integrative, compassionate, and grounded approach to therapy.
