I am an Integrative Therapist which entails combining a blend of approaches and techniques for your individual journey and healing process. My integrative approach is largely informed by psychodynamic theory but I also integrate other theories such as person-centred, transactional analysis and cognitive behavioural theory.
This flexible and non-prescriptive framework allows us to explore and understand your underlying pattern of being in the world, how your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and patterns of behaviour shaped by past experiences impact you in the way you relate to yourself and others in the present.
My approach is very much a collaborative experience providing you with an environment that is supportive, secure and contained for you to feel safe enough to explore and make sense of your experiences and internal world and put you on the path towards positive change.
For individuals in North London facing severe crises, it is essential to seek immediate assistance. The Samaritans are available 24/7 at 116 123 to provide support to anyone in distress.
In emergency situations, please dial 999 for urgent help. Additionally, consulting a mental health crisis team, such as the NHS Crisis Line, is recommended for professional guidance tailored to your specific needs.
