    My Integrative Approach

I offer an integrative approach to psychotherapy in London, providing a personalised and thoughtful therapeutic experience tailored to support your unique healing journey. While my work is primarily grounded in psychodynamic theory, I also draw on person-centred therapy, transactional analysis, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to create a flexible and responsive method of support.

This adaptable framework allows us to explore how your past experiences may have shaped current behaviours and patterns, and how these influence your relationships with yourself and others. Within a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment, we work collaboratively to foster positive change by examining your thoughts, emotions, and underlying beliefs.

My goal is to offer a warm and supportive space where you can reflect on your experiences, empowering you to find greater emotional balance, personal fulfilment, and long-term well-being.
