Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or under pressure? I’m here to support you with expert therapy and counselling in London. As a professional Integrative Therapist, I combine a number of approaches, tailoring our sessions to your unique needs.
Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings and beliefs to achieve insight, awareness, growth and a deeper understanding of your personal journey.

I’m based in both Central London and Finchley, North London.
Central London, First Floor, 5 Staple Inn, High Holborn, London WC1V 7QH (Central Line)
North London, The Therapy Rooms, 4th Floor, 314 Regents Park Road, Finchley, London, N3 2JX
I am an Integrative Therapist which entails combining a blend of approaches and techniques for your individual journey and healing process. My integrative approach is largely informed by psychodynamic theory but I also integrate other theories such as person-centred, transactional analysis and cognitive behavioural theory.
This flexible and non-prescriptive framework allows us to explore and understand your underlying pattern of being in the world, how your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and patterns of behaviour shaped by past experiences impact you in the way you relate to yourself and others in the present.
My approach is very much a collaborative experience providing you with an environment that is supportive, secure and contained for you to feel safe enough to explore and make sense of your experiences and internal world and put you on the path towards positive change.
I am a dedicated Integrative Therapist providing psychotherapy in London, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, with additional specialist training in Bereavement Support.
Driven by a deep commitment to supporting others, I spent two meaningful years volunteering with Cruse Bereavement Care, where I offered compassionate guidance to individuals coping with grief and loss.
In addition to my private practice in Islington, I also work with Mind in Barnet, delivering personalised support and practical strategies for those experiencing depression, anxiety, and emotional challenges.
