Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or under pressure? I’m here to support you with expert therapy and counselling in Finchley. As an Integrative Therapist, I combine a number of approaches tailoring our sessions to your unique needs.
Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings and beliefs to achieve insight, awareness, growth and a deeper understanding of your personal journey.

My integrative approach means therapy is tailored specifically to you. Rather than relying on a single method, I draw on a range of therapeutic models to address both present-day difficulties and underlying emotional patterns. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, loss, and other personal challenges, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to explore thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Sessions are available in person at my therapy rooms in Holborn, Central London, and Finchley, North London, as well as online. This allows flexibility while ensuring therapy remains accessible and grounded in a consistent, professional setting.
I’m based in both Central London and Finchley, North London.

I am an Integrative Therapist which entails combining a blend of approaches and techniques for your individual journey and healing process. My integrative approach is largely informed by psychodynamic theory but I also integrate other theories such as person-centred, transactional analysis and cognitive behavioural theory.
This flexible and non-prescriptive framework allows us to explore and understand your underlying pattern of being in the world, how your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and patterns of behaviour shaped by past experiences impact you in the way you relate to yourself and others in the present.
My approach is very much a collaborative experience providing you with an environment that is supportive, secure and contained for you to feel safe enough to explore and make sense of your experiences and internal world and put you on the path towards positive change.
I am a committed Integrative Therapist offering psychotherapy in Finchley, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, complemented by specialist training in Bereavement Support.
Driven by a passion for emotional well-being, I spent two enriching years volunteering with Cruse Bereavement Care, where I provided compassionate support to individuals navigating grief and loss.
Alongside my private practice in Finchley, I also work with Mind in Barnet, delivering personalised therapeutic support and practical strategies to those experiencing anxiety, depression, and a variety of emotional difficulties.
