    My Integrative Approach

I take an integrative approach to counselling in Holborn, offering a personalised therapeutic experience tailored to your unique journey and healing process. While my practice is primarily rooted in psychodynamic theory, I also incorporate elements of person-centred therapy, transactional analysis, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

This flexible and individualised approach enables us to explore how past experiences have shaped your behavioural patterns and how they influence your current relationships with yourself and others. In a supportive and non-judgemental environment, we can work together to foster positive change by examining your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.
