    Take the first step…

My integrative approach means therapy is tailored specifically to you. Rather than relying on a single method, I draw on a range of therapeutic models to address both present-day difficulties and underlying emotional patterns. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, loss, and other personal challenges, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to explore thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

Sessions are available in person at my therapy rooms in Holborn, Central London, and Finchley, North London, as well as online. This allows flexibility while ensuring therapy remains accessible and grounded in a consistent, professional setting.

    About Me

    Locations

I’m based in both Central London and Finchley, North London.

Central London, First Floor, 5 Staple Inn, High Holborn, London WC1V 7QH (Central Line)

North London, The Therapy Rooms, 4th Floor, 314 Regents Park Road, Finchley, London, N3 2JX

    My Integrative Approach

I am an Integrative Therapist which entails combining a blend of approaches and techniques for your individual journey and healing process.  My integrative approach is largely informed by psychodynamic theory but I also integrate other theories such as person-centred, transactional analysis and cognitive behavioural theory.

This flexible and non-prescriptive framework allows us to explore and understand your underlying pattern of being in the world, how your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and patterns of behaviour shaped by past experiences impact you in the way you relate to yourself and others in the present.

My approach is very much a collaborative experience providing you with an environment that is supportive, secure and contained for you to feel safe enough to explore and make sense of your experiences and internal world and put you on the path towards positive change.
