    My Integrative Approach

Counselling London: I bring together a range of therapeutic approaches to create a personalised counselling experience tailored to your unique journey and healing process. While my practice is primarily grounded in psychodynamic theory, I also incorporate elements of person-centred therapy, transactional analysis, and cognitive behavioural theory.

This flexible and individualised approach allows us to explore how past experiences have shaped your behavioural patterns and how they influence your current relationships with yourself and others. Within this supportive space, we can work collaboratively to promote positive change by examining your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.

My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where you feel comfortable reflecting on your experiences, ultimately helping you achieve a greater sense of balance, fulfilment, and emotional well-being.
